WARRANTY PRODUCTS
We warrant our furniture with the manufacture back-up warrantee.  We also warrant that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture.  Special condition may apply on products bought for general public or commercial  use.   
 
 
All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use.  We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.
 
 
100% Product Guarantee
 If you're not satisfied with our product, let us know and we'll make it right.  Within 30 days, we'll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges*) or credit you for our other items.  After 30 days items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit.


POLICY
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
  Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Anderson Teak original boxes and without writing on the box.
  If you are not satisfied with the product, it may be returned in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and re-stocking fee.  
 
There will be 15% re-stocking fee for all return items (call for details).
 
Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days only.  After 7 days, there is no service.  NO EXCEPTION.
 
Pictures are required to claim merchandise defective.  Please e-mail to cs@andersonteak.com or mail in to our address.
 
We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
 
Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through carrier.  Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages (make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
 
All returned shipments must be freight prepaid and include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice.
 
No cash refunds.  Exchange and credit only.
 
The RMA policy is for Reseller only.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

As a part of our commitment to your privacy, we support and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." We will not sell, share, or rent your information to others for purposes of solicitation. All information gathered by us is used only to assist us in delivering a product to your home or business. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site.

We will use your personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of backorders and providing you with information from and about our website.

Please remember, if you delete certain information you may not be able to continue to purchase products or access other portions of our web site without entering additional information.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

Security
We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. We urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished shopping with us. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet cafe.

Secure Payment Processing:
Credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc. will be securely transmitted from customers' browser to our servers using 128 Bit SSL encryption.

Fraud Protection:
Our shopping cart now protects against fraudulent transactions with the Address Verification Service (AVS). The shopping cart allows a merchant to specify which types of AVS mismatches will result in a decline of the client credit card authorization request.
