This is a beautiful teak outdoor table of excellent quality. It comes in different sizes but 106″ extended fit best on our balcony. We leave it extended, but you can use it with one or both middle parts folded in. The gaps between the top slats let the rain drip away, which is good. It comes with a good heavy brass umbrella piece set inside a hole in the middle of the table. I like the design of this table, with its multiple slats on the side. When extended, two seats can sit between the legs on each end, and one seat (two total) on the other side of each side legs. This allows four people to sit on each side, comfortably, without bumping into a table leg. This is different than with some other tables where most of the space is between the side legs. leaving the ends a bit tight. On this table, all four seats have sufficient table space – this came as a pleasant additional surprise to me when we got the table. I would definitely recommend this product.
